About Us

Tim Hilkhuijsen, a registered architect who holds his license in the state of Colorado, including Washington DC, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has many years of valuable experience in the design of high-end custom residential structures providing design and construction drawings and services to residential and multi family clientel. He has valuable experience in design, construction documentation, writing of contracts and specifications, construction observation, sales, marketing and public relations. He also has a strong understanding in the technical field of residential design. During his professional tenure, he has designed a wide array of custom homes in and around the Low Country market which include the islands of Daniel, Kiawah, Seabrook, Edisto, Dewees, Spring, and Dataw.  He has also designed homes in the states of Colorado, Utah, Missouri, Texas and North Carolina. Traveling and having lived on many continents around the world has played a monumental role in attention to detail.

We take pride in the fact that we do not limit ourselves to one particular design style.
