We are an innovative firm carrying a wide array of custom residential design experience. Over the years, my colleagues and I have designed many custom homes along the coastal region of South Carolina. We are very excited about the prospect of helping families create new homes and we are conscious of the importance placed on each and every residence.

 

What We Do

Before pen ever touches paper, our fist step in the design process is to orient ourselves with your home site. Here we will study the micro climate by conducting a "site analysis". We take into careful consideration the orientation to views, location of neighboring homes, location of trees, sun angles, and  wind directions.
